Having spent the latter part of his career as a screenwriter and a director, Tommy Lee Jones is also a noteworthy actor. Among his numerous roles, he is known for starring in movies such as The Fugitive, Men in Black, No Country for Old Men, and Lincoln, among others. Growing up with a relatively hard childhood, he capitalized on his hardships and learned from them. During high school, the actor was an avid football player; with his degree of athleticism and high-spirits, he was able to secure a football scholarship while acting in several school productions and dramas.

Jones is a huge supporter of the basketball team San Antonio Spurs and a polo athlete outside of acting. Today, he is known as one of the most respected and award-winning actors in the industry.
