Christopher Lloyd is one of the greatest character actors of all time (or just performers in general). His distinct blend of charisma and madness has resulted in his pantheon of legendary film characters, ranging from the sweetly strange to the disturbingly adorable. You cannot picture anyone else trying to play Judge Doom in Who Framed Roger Rabbit, Max Taber, or Dr. Emmett Brown in Back to the Future.

However, we have not seen Lloyd much since the mid-’90s. He moved from being an A-lister at the pinnacle of his investments to virtually disappearing. So, what does Mr. Lloyd’s future hold? He will probably keep his head down and keep doing what he loves, working on whatever little or unusual films come his way.
