The name Kareem Abdul Jabbar will forever be etched in the history of the NBA as the all-time leading scorer and a six-time champion. Although he has retired from playing ball, he has other activities that keep him busy. For starters, he is a regular contributor to The Washington Post and Time Magazine. He is also a published author himself with the release of his work, Writings on the Wall – Searching for a New Equality Beyond Black and White.
Jabbar, to his credit, has made a name for himself both on and off the court. Aside from his political views, he is also fond of writing fiction. Thanks to his father, he has developed a level of concentration that allowed him to excel in what he does, be it on the basketball court or writing a novel.
