These Hollywood Golden Ages Stars Are Just Like We Remembered

Ree Drummond | Born 1969

Ree Drummond rose to fame following the creation of her blog, The Pioneer Woman, where she writes a variety of topics, such as homeschooling and ranch life. After the site’s launch, Drummond posted the tutorial “How to Cook a Steak,” her first recipe, accompanied by 20 photos detailing the cooking process. The blogger’s stories about her family, country living, step-by-step instructions, as well as elaborate photography have proven highly popular with readers—good investment planning in her craft.

As her popularity grew over the years, the blogger confirmed back in 2010 that Columbia Pictures had acquired the film rights to her book, From Black Heels to Tractor Wheels. Drummond made her film debut in Candy Coated Christmas, a Discovery+ film.
